Beta Access

NegoSync is currently in closed beta. By accessing or using the app you confirm that you have been personally invited and agree to these terms. Access may be revoked at any time without notice.

What NegoSync Does

NegoSync allows you to transfer files directly between cloud storage providers you own and have connected to the app. We act as a conduit between your accounts — we do not host, modify, or retain your files.

Your Responsibilities

• You must only transfer files you own or have explicit rights to move.
• You are responsible for ensuring the transfer does not violate any third-party terms of service (e.g. your cloud provider's ToS).
• You must not use NegoSync for any unlawful purpose or to transfer illegal content.
• Your beta access is personal and non-transferable — do not share your credentials.

Service Availability

As a beta product, NegoSync is provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime, data integrity, or feature availability. We may suspend, change, or discontinue the service at any time during the beta period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NegoSync and its developer are not liable for any loss of data, failed transfers, or damages arising from use of the service during the beta period. Use the app at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The NegoSync name, logo, and all app content are the property of the developer. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as NegoSync moves toward a public release. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
