Privacy Policy
Beta Program
NegoSync is currently in closed beta. Access is granted only to a limited set of invited users. By using the app you acknowledge that features may change, be unavailable, or behave unexpectedly during this phase.
Who Can Use NegoSync
During the beta period, the service is available exclusively to users who have been personally invited by the developer. Accounts are not open to the general public. Invitations are non-transferable.
What We Access
To perform transfers between cloud providers, NegoSync requests OAuth access to the cloud accounts you connect. Specifically:
- We request the minimum permissions needed to read the source file and write to the destination folder.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.
- We do not store your files — they stream directly between providers without being saved on our servers.
- We do not access any files or folders beyond those you explicitly select for transfer.
What We Store
- Your Firebase authentication identifier (UID).
- Encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected providers.
- Transfer records (file name, size, source, destination, status) for your transfer history.
We do not collect analytics, sell data, or use your information for advertising.
Data Retention
Transfer records are retained so you can review your history. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting the developer.
Changes to This Policy
As NegoSync moves out of beta this policy will be updated to reflect production practices. Beta users will be notified of any material changes.
